Beneath the Scales

In the aftermath of Season 3 (Marvel's Daredevil), Matt Murdock has reclaimed his faith, his name, and his purpose-but Hell's Kitchen has something new crawling through its shadows.

They call her the Green Shadow. Fast, agile, silent, merciless. A ghost in the dark. Her blade leaves bodies cold and clean-and not even Daredevil can hear her coming.

She doesn't want to be found. She didn't ask for powers she can't control, skin that turns to unbreakable scale, or a life built on the wreckage of her past. She's not trying to be a hero. Being a vigilante is the only purpose she's found in a life even death refused to take.

When Matt crosses her path, it's not trust or justice that binds them-it's the silence between them. He hears everything. She makes no sound. He wants to save her. She doesn't believe she's worth saving.
