Everyone loved Denki Kaminari.

He was the class clown.

That spark of mischief in homeroom. The one who brought candy to training drills and made fart noises during Aizawa's lectures when he thought no one was watching.

His laughter was always contagious, maybe too contagious. His energy constant and off the charts, his heart supposedly too soft for hero work that it feels impossible to even see him beat a villain's a** entirely.

He was everybody's friend. Sunshine wrapped in yellow hair and jolly grins.

And every single part of it was a lie.
