We met at Starbucks in West Hollywood, California, then strolled down Santa Monica Boulevard to Davidd Batalon Studios, where I interviewed him for Art & Understanding Magazine. Jonathan was friendly, authentic, and upfront. He revealed secrets, his family upbringing, and his admiration for the gays who were on the frontlines of the AIDS epidemic.
