The world suddenly changed when an asteroid landed on Earth, right at the shores of Tokyo. This asteroid wasn't normal at all. It contained something called a "Catalyst." This "Catalyst" grants a random person in the world a power.
Meanwhile, Haya, a guy that has the lowest grades in the class, falls in love with his roommate, Naomi, a girl with the highest marks in her class.
