A badly written Hurt / Comfort
"Take your pills" - Said foreman placing the vicodin bottle on the doctor's desk.
"Before you kill this kid."
House saw the bottle and his leg ached. The sweet sight enticed him. The withdrawal was making him miserable, full of shivers, sweat and vomit. Not only was he suffering, he was making mistakes, losing the only thing keeping him whole.
"Clinic hours could never compare to this misery."
and with that last thought, House snatched the bottle. and sent Foreman out of the room.
The yellow bottle sparkled in his hand, his head hurt, he felt vomit in his throat. Quickly, almost on an impulse, House took a handful of pills swallowing them down.
The last thing House remembered was the sweet numbness running through his body, before falling to his floor with a thump, and blacking out.
