Many centuries after our age, magical powers have arose within humanity. With the ability of humans to control one or two of nine mystic elements, war has broke out, leading to the extinction of an entire continent, and two elements... light and shadow.
Now in the 31st Century, war has broke out in what's now the very wealthy and mostly white continent of Africa. This is the story of how two young boys realize their true elements... and just like prophets, come to save their world... or die trying.
Mature- Graphic details of violence, including blood and gore. Slightly strong language.

Cassiopea's School for the Gifted
In a world where magical creatures and humans intermix, there are two types of magic and two types of people. Dark magic and light magic. Good people and evil people. Our main character is going to learn that your powers do not define who you are as a person. Arion Griffin lives in a society where people with light magic are 'good' and people with dark magic are 'bad'. He comes from a long line of dark magic. Unfortunately, this causes many problems for his social life since his family's reputation precedes him and makes it so no one will talk with him. He is worried it will make his greatest fear come true. He is terrified he is on the path to becoming evil like his parents. Then, one day at school he gets an invitation from Cassiopeia's School for the Gifted. Sure he's heard of it, but only in rumors. The school is just for magical creatures to learn more about themselves and their history. It was made over three hundred years ago and still run by a fairy named Cassiopea and her daughter Cassia. Arion is excited to go because his parents refuse to teach him anything about other magical creatures other than dark magic. They believe it is irrelevant for him to know because they think he will take over the world one day. And why should a leader know anything about his subjects? Arion convinces his parents that if he goes to the school he can do recon on the other magical people so he can learn about them and make it easier for him to take over. With no friends, no siblings, and a very negative outlook on life, he heads to Cassiopeia's School for the Gifted. He makes friends and learns that just because he has dark magic, doesn't mean he is evil. *Idk if this is actually a good story but I had a lot of fun writing it! :) *This story has been editedTerminé
This World
On a war decimated earth, there are few safe places, and even fewer safe cities. All that's left are ruins, woods, and cities where humans are trying to build society again. No one knows the truth behind the war, but it is believed the Strongs began it. And so, to stop it from happening again, they are killed. Most humans now have an affinity of varying strength for one of the elements: fire, earth, water, air, and rarely mind. There are some who have a Strong affinity. The Strongs are able to manipulate the elements - and are killed for it. Fighters are born without an affinity and trained from a young age to kill the Strongs. Their gift of being unaffected by the Strongs' power make them ideal assassins. Makenna is a Strong Fire. She and her best friend Halima, a medium mind, have been on the run from Makenna's mother for the past two years. Drystan Aston, a Fighter, and a childhood friend of Makenna's, is dead set on finding them. As Makenna and Halima run for their lives, and Drystan chases after them, all three will uncover startling truths about the world they live in. Will they discover the whole truth in time to stop the disaster? Will Drystan finally complete the quest he has been dead set on for the last two years? A Mage's Wrath
Two hundred years of peace have passed in Zertima, a land filled with magic, creatures, and mages. However, after those two hundred years comes an era of fear, fighting, and death. The Venom's Curse, known as the world's greatest danger, has climbed up to reach a level of great power, with the help of his fierce hunger for battle and commanding, that is strong enough to possibly secure his rule of the entire mage world. In order to save Zertima from potential collapse and eternal perishing, four young mages are found, called the Elemental Mages. The Mages - Water, Earth, Fire, and Air - are taken to a sheltered location named the Mage Sanctuary to train together and prepare for their eventual battle with the Venom's Curse and to rid of the trepidation he has cast across all of Zertima. However, not all of the Mages are willing to commit their life to train with the others and help save the mage world. Ignacia, the Elemental Mage of Fire, is the newest and last mage to be Founded and come to the others. Along with easily getting into arguments with Water Mage Salil, she is in an internal battle with herself trying to decide what choice she should really choose to carry through with. *Book originally inspired by "The Burning Sky" by Sherry Thomas.
