Y/N starts a new job with Natasha Romanoff, powerful CEO with a reputation of being a ruthless boss to work under. Y/N needs to keep up with her bosses demands and prove herself in this job. The only issue is, Y/N is falling for her boss, the more and more she sees of a different side of Natasha, the more she likes.
Natasha Romanoff has always worked hard. Putting business before anything. Meeting and hiring Y/N has changed a lot for her. She has a reliant assistant for once but Y/N is proving to be distracting in a way that Natasha could never have predicted, and is realising that this may just be what she needs.
This was meant to be a short story but has turned out longer then I originally planned.

Romanogers: Cold as Ice
First, this is a fanfic for Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow and Steve Rogers/Captain America. Second, this will kind of go through the MCU timeline but not a lot.
