Bruce Grimes is a punk rock fanatic; he lives at home with his dad and younger sister and is unemployed. But he gets a chip on his shoulder as soon as he sees a group of skinheads performing on stage. 

In protest, Bruce decides to form his own band. But he bites off more than he can chew when he starts budding heads with the eccentric vocalist; the former wants to be the best of the best while the latter wants to live and let live. 

Bruce then begins to have a change of heart when he meets a groupie named Beth, but this could be an even bigger slippery slope.All Rights Reserved
