An alchemist, pyromaniac, thief and a princess.
The four companions who seem to different yet are all so similar go on a grand journey to each of the seven kingdoms to complete the daring and dangerous task of the trials just to gain access to the eternal library. The alchemist determined to learn more about his missing mother who he believes is still out there somewhere was the first to research about the eternal library alongside her partner Donella who the alchemist believes has something to do with the missing disappearance of his mom. In this journey the four adventurers learn about trust and found family along with the harsh secrets and realities that seem to plague them as they go on their journey to go through the seven kingdoms.

Varian and the Seven Kingdoms
The book was hard-covered, and completely coated with dust. It was huge. He used his gloved hands to swipe the thick layer of dust off, fully dropping to his knees as he read the name engraved on the cover. He let out a shaky breath. Ulla. He dropped it back into the hole, his shoulders tensing as a cloud of dust rose around him. That was his mother's name. A million thoughts began to run through his mind. One kept rising above the rest: why was it hidden? Why-why was his dad hiding it from him? "Kid? What is it?" Naturally, Eugene was the first one by his side, a strong hand on his shoulder. "Mom?" Varian whispered. ----------- When Varian finds his mother's old journals hidden underneath the floorboards of his house, he knows he will have to embark on an adventure to finish her work. He's always yearned to know more of his mother, and he needed to know why this whole 'eternal library' thing was so important. Why she left him for it. ------ 💞👺😭My take on Vat7K. Now, I have no clue what happens, as my Dad has forbidden me from reading ahead as I am just as prone to give out spoilers as Tom Holland and Mark Ruffalo are. Basically, it's a really, really good spin-off of Rapunzel's time in Corona between Tangled, and Tangled Ever After. This is my take on the idea of a Varian spin-off series of Tangled: The Series/Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure. The AU was presented to Disney by storyboarders Kay Ritter and Anna Lencioni who took a liking to Varian's character and decided to create a story for him in his later years; detailing the adventures he might go on and the friends he makes along the way. I'll likely take a lot of inspiration from other fans too and I think that's what's great about vat7k, we all inspire each other with our ideas! :) This is probably gonna be a long one, hope you enjoy!!
