Mila's life is upturned when her family suddenly moves from her home city Lyon, France to New York City. Far away from the life she had always known, she is now the foreign new girl in a big city that speaks a language she doesn't understand. Which makes you think about how unrealistic love like that is. I used to think the same thing until I met him. A boy whose shoulders were starting to slump with the weight of his past and his family.
