Known as the Black Rose, she is the princess of the shadow world, as well as one of the deadliest assassins. Her mother died when she was just a little girl, making Onyx swear to avenge that death. Her father disapproved, exiling her from the palace, and the kingdom.
During her mission, she was captured by her uncle, who tortured her in order to stop her from pursuing her revenge. He succeeded, almost breaking her mind, selling her off as a slave, hoping she will be even more destroyed, without having to kill her.
What will Nyx do, when she is given the chance to fight for her life in a Slave Tournament? What is the prize? And will she survive...?

After spending some time with Prince Andrew, Flare learned things about him that no one else knew about and the reason why the Crimson Kingdom was destroyed.
