A badly scarred army general and a bastard daughter of the king and his mistress, arranged to marry by the king so the fact that he had a bastard child wouldn't get out and embarrass his good family name, and a punishment for her existence to marry a man with the general's looks. They eventually forge a bond from how society and people of the court view them, becoming friends (while legally married) and eventually realizing their bond is more than friendship, but love. (I just want a place to post the one-shots I had in mind for these two lol bur ill have the first chapter be the backstory and their first meeting.)
