Clover is a wild nine-year-old with a good heart.
He loves action, cowboys, and watching bad guys get what they deserve. But in his quiet town, there aren't many problems for a kid like him to solve-and deep down, he longs for a real chance to make a difference.

That chance comes when he hears about a missing person case tied to the legendary Mt. Ebott.

As he digs deeper, Clover uncovers the mountain's chilling history-five children, all gone without a trace. And beneath it all, a hidden world: an entire underground realm of monsters said to be responsible for the disappearances.

Fueled by a sense of justice far bigger than himself, Clover makes a decision.
He descends into the mountain.
