So, Ninjago has some plot inconsistencies and we all want Kai to be the green ninja. I'm here to fix those issues. But I also want to put my own spin on it so I'm going to list a few ideas and you guys tell me how you feel about them before I get started

[Name], Lloyd, Jay, Kai, Nya, Cole and Zane are all a group of friends trying to narrow their way through highschool. It doesn't help that Lloyd's having a hard time with his daddy issues. Lloyd's father is none other than, Lord Garmadon, himself. This Evil Overlord takes it upon himself to try and take over Ninjago, he does this EVERY SINGLE DAY. But alas, these certain fellow Ninjas of the city prevent him from doing so. And, they all known as; The Secret Ninja Force and Mysterio. (May have huge gaps between upload times but this story will be finished, that I can promise) Everyone thinks of Kai as a selfish person who puts himself before others and many other negative things. As Kai's time as a ninja, he always heard these comments and he couldn't do anything about it so he has to bottle his feelings whenever people say this. One day when he was on a mission with Cole to save some adventurous that got stuck in a narrow cave a disaster struck on Kai. After the mission Cole got all the thanks and Kai got none, Cole was the only one who truly understood what happened. Kai gets sick of how he is being treated and leaves to have a walk to take his mind off of things... but then he meets someone he didn't expect to meet... Non-canon ships are not implied but take it as you wish, just not greenflame because no. It's not that I don't LIKEEEE dr. They just kinda sidelined my favourite character (again!) and replaced him with a new one (Why? Just why?) These are one shots BEFORE dr based off the original 6 ninjas.
