Kro-Ma is a failure; a washout of the Jedi. While considered a natural with a lightsaber, his ability to utilize the Force was minimal, costing him the chance at being chosen as a Padawan. Ashamed for his failures, and unable to return to face his family on Kiffar, Kro-Ma is given the chance to join the Jedi Service Corps.
