Something broke the day the zombie apocalypse started.

Perhaps it had something to do with how many families were destroyed after being torn into shreds. Or how governments fell with a simple bite. Maybe, it was the fact that no one felt safe anymore, not even in the company of the few live humans who remained.

Despite the hardships, Robby was sure that nothing would shatter the bond shared with Brooke. A bond built on decades of trust and the last thread of normalcy of a life before grilled squirrels and tents.

But will they really cling to each other when one spirals down the drain? Or will they let go like the rest of the world did?
