These children are from families that have abilities. But after they are born, when they die, they reincarnate. This does not go unnoticed and these people are hunted, but over time have learned to conceal they're abilities. They live pretty normal lives when they want to.
What will happen with this new generation of children? Who knows what adventures are in store for them?
