Maia and Chiara were ordinary girls, living their lives as best friends. After meeting one day in a forest, they became inseparable. No matter how much distance life tries to put between them, they always find a way back to each other. Such is their friendship, or is it more? As Maia explores her feelings about Chiara, she also learns things about herself that make her distrust everyone around her, including Chiara, who stood by her side through it all. But some things are way too shocking to learn. And when one secret is spilled, everything else comes tumbling down.
Will Maia be able to stand with all the truth revealed, or will she cower? And what happens when the truth reveals something about Chiara that she never thought to expect? Will their friendship be enough to save it all or will it be the end of it all?
