Have you ever wondered why Link doesn't seem to have a family in Skyloft? And why do he and Zelda not have houses outside the Academy? Isn't that strange, since they've lived there all their lives?

Zelda has often wondered what may be beyond the mountain. When Skyloft faces a bitter winter with no promise of food, it's up to Link to search for the answer of a long-asked question: Is there really such a thing as the Surface?

"You know, you should stop by my place on Tuesday," Zelda comments in a tone so jarringly sweet he's reeled right back in. He shakes his head, certain he's misheard her. "What? I-" "Our cleaning lady comes by on Tuesdays," she smiles. "Maybe she can vacuum all those cobwebs out of your ears-since your head is so pathetically void of any intelligent thought." Link slams the pencil down flat. "If you hate tutoring me so much, why don't you just quit already?" It's Link most daunting adventure yet-High school! Breath of the Wild: Link and Friends
Elyza looked past her village to the land beyond. She saw the Dueling Peaks. She had never left Necluda. Even Kakariko Village seemed far away. Now, looking at it, it didn't seem so far. She looked the other direction. She saw what looked like a big...tower. Huh? Has that always been there? Elyza thought. I don't think I've seen that before. Ever. When did that get there? She tells him about where she has been for the past five years, and once Link finds out the truth, he dedicates his days to helping Zelda feel safe and happy again away from her selfish, rich father Rhoam and her forced fiance, Ganondorf. While Link and Zelda try to save themselves from the abuse, an evil prince from another country declares war on Hyrule in hopes of annexing the kingdom, and Link must go to war, leaving Zelda.
