This is a story of a forbidden love between different species. It destroys the boundaries obscuring love, and it shows that love can traverse any and all obstacles. It's about three angelfish who fall in love with the same human... how many more obstacles can love have? This story is based on the classic tale of The Little Mermaid. However, the characters are not the same, and it is set in the Caribbean on an island called Anguilla. In addition, this story is meant for an adult audience because it does have explicit sexual content. There are instances of magic and other fantastical elements that many would enjoy. The language is descriptive enough to paint pictures in one's mind. There are also stories within the main story which are interesting twists. Hope you enjoy. **please note... I was reading this story from another device and saw some paragraphs were not organised the way I had them ... I don't know what happened. It seems to be chopping out chunks of what I've written.

I have been on display for the humans as long as I can remember. I'm nothing but a trained seal, a show pony. Something to "ooh" and "ahh" at by young and old their hands and faces pressed against the glass of my prison. I follow every order. I obey every command. I have to, though I resent his control over my life with every fiber of my being. If I disobey, if I become too much of a problem, he may give me exactly what I wish for. He may let me return. -This story has depictions of violence, depression, panic attacks, gore.
