The year is 2004. Only four years since the new millennium and since the dragons appeared. However, they were not bloodthirsty beasts, but people, like them. Of course, their introduction was not completely smooth sailing, as the joining of Humanity and Dragonkind was still in its infancy. Shelby Grant knew this, and yet, she didn't know what to say about it all. Was it exciting? Scary even? She didn't know. However, a little ghost in the hall would change her life forever... (This story has minor swearing, references to sex, and conversations about mature subject matter.)
