A high school senior on track for a perfect, normal life finds out how not normal she actually is. She is not even human, but her parents don't know that. Her true people, the Fae, need her help to stop a war before it's started and then she can go back to pretending her life is perfectly normal. To achieve all this she must lie to her parents and boyfriend, get close to the mysterious new guy at school, and learn of a world beyond her imagination. Will she actually be able to move on with her life after everything, though? Will her parents accept her for what she is if they find out? Will her boyfriend trust her after all the secrecy?
