19 year old Asher is excited to start his summer vacation at the beach with his friends. Away from the stress of college. Close to the beach he is in a terrible accident. When they get closer, he reveals to Asher why he is a long term patient at the hospital. Asher takes it upon himself to bring more sunshine into Kale's life and over time they naturally got closer...maybe a little too close. They both feel it, but neither of them name it, both scared. One day Kale tells Asher that his mother decided to move to a different city. The treatment seemed better, she told him. "Will I see you again?" Asher asks hopeful.
