Adela Barrow was supposed to be a regular 13-year-old from District 10, but she was anything but. Most kids didn't get attached to the livestock or shed a tear when they were butchered, but Adela always cried. She would tug on her brother's sleeve, begging for him to bring the animal back, but all he said was that he couldn't. The orphan was raised by her brother, who went missing a year ago on the same day that the youngest Victor was crowned.
