"Constellations After Us" follows Narae and Yohan, two people destined to be together but who must first navigate their personal journeys. Narae, fascinated by the stars, lives in a quiet part of the city, while Yohan spends his life chasing success in the city's hustle and bustle. Though they both live in the same city, their paths don't cross immediately, as they each follow their separate paths before fate finally brings them together.
Though they share a deep connection, life keeps them apart. Narae struggles with family expectations, while Yohan deals with a secret illness. Both are unaware that they are searching for each other, not fully understanding the missing piece in their lives.
Their paths cross several times, yet fate keeps them at a distance. Each time, they are almost close, but not quite. It's as if the universe is testing them, forcing them to grow before they can truly come together.
Eventually, they meet at a stargazing event, and their connection is instant. But even then, they face their own personal struggles that threaten their happiness. They realize that despite finding each other, their journey isn't over yet.
In the end, the story shows that love isn't about perfect timing. It's about finding each other when both are ready to embrace what they've learned and the love they share - a bittersweet journey of growth, patience, and destiny.
