Kayleigh Greene, the daughter of the main Irish mob boss is being targeted by a rival Irish mob through physical attacks and attempted sexual assaults. her father, Marco Greene decides to move Kayleigh and her brothers Patrick, Connor, and Marco Jr. to a town just north of Milan, Italy until it is safe to return back to New York City.

During her time in Italy, Kayleigh quickly learns the value of friendship, family, and romance.
She slowly begins to fall in love with the oldest son of the Luciano family who has sworn to devote his life to loving and protecting her with his very life while also trying to protect her with his life when her assailants follow her from New York City to Milan, Italy.
