It's the week right before summer and Makarov gets a letter saying that he and the other guild masters will be attending a convention that will last all summer. Since he will be out the whole summer he dosent want his guild members to die of boredom or destroy the guild so he sent them to a luxury hotel in Hawaii for the whole summer.
