Forest's Ends

Misty has never known love, not from family or from a significant other. She has always lived in the forest alone, but surrounded by other fairies, who hate her. Misty is half fairy and half dark fairy, because of her difference she has always been treated unfairly by the fairies. The elves, however, respect her and her differences, they make her a great warrior, and they would rather have Misty on their side than fight against her.

The elves and fairies have lived together for thousands of years now, fighting against the dark fairies and keeping humans out of the magical forest. Until a deadly human made disease starts to eat away the forest, and the humans are now mindless creatures attacking anything that smells like flesh.

Misty finally ventures out of her forest prison and joins three unlikely allies. Her darkest secrets come out into the light, and she may have finally found love for the first time, but is it enough to keep her own darkness in check?
