During a brutal assault on a quiet island, Doflamingo encounters a small boy-around nine years old-who bears an uncanny resemblance to his late brother, Rosinante.
Unsettled and disturbed, he leaves the boy behind, unaware that Baby 5, unable to resist her longing for the past, secretly brings the child back to Dressrosa. Hiding him within the kingdom, she raises him quietly, smuggling food, toys, and affection his way.
As Baby 5 balances loyalty to her captain and love for the boy, her strange behavior sparks Doflamingo's suspicion. Eventually, Doflamingo discovers the child-but instead of killing him, something in the kid's wide eyes and quiet presence stir something deep inside his heart. He sees Rosinante-alive, small, and unbroken-and finds himself unwilling to let go.
