you leaned in, fists bunching his shirt. "you're cold and evil, got it? such an arrogant prick. for a second i wanted to jump over that table and strangle you when i realized you were faking it. but that's what you do, right? pretend to be decent so no one sees what you actually are."

he swallowed, eyes flicking to your lips before snapping back up. "get off me."
