Emily Bennett, her parents and sister have lived in Pensilvania there whole life. She has always been a ordinary girl with an ordinary life until a tragic event occurred. After that she starts to discover new things about her family that leaves her in disbelieve. After discovering all the secrets her parents hidden from her she discovers the most shocking thing, that vampires exist. She now can't trust nobody.
She meets this new boy at school and starts to get close to him until she started to notice something's. She then realizes he might not be who he is, in fact he might be the thing she's most afraid of, a vampire.
