the story of a young Russian boy, who moved to the states during the time of war. as education went through, he got drafted right after graduation but he didn't speak a word of complaint. his time in the 107th Infantry Regiment has began roughly. a boy with a determined heart and a hard Russian accent, who looked like he frogged his papers to get enlisted, even though he didn't. at first, he wasn't sure he belonged. he could barely speak proper English, but he followed orders with esse and precision, not hesitating to help others if he needed, but also not shifting his focus completely. but he found himself, he found the group that he didn't realize was going to be there for him until what felt like his last breath. from a boy, he built himself up to a soldier, and they were all there to witness it. from a kid that ran four extra laps as punishment, to a man that took bullets for his team. that's how his mother raised him, to be brave, strong, and protect those who can't protect themselves. that's all he wanted to do in life.

and that's all he did. he protected them with his life. he made sure that they get hurt as little as they can when he's around, and they did the exact same for him. not by blood, but by everything else that mattered, they were brothers.

and he didn't realize how twisted life can be. he didn't realize how horrible fate is. he thought his death was going to be the end of it, but the experiences followed him like a ghost. he lived to see it all crumble. he witnessed his mind falling apart and tearing everyday. he survived to pick it all up and see the what life has next for him.
