Manfarad (منفرد) means unique, distinct, or unparalleled.

Ishq (عشق) means intense love or passionate love.

So, Manfarad-e-Ishq means:
"The unique one in love" or
"The one who is unmatched in love."

It refers to a lover whose love is so distinct, rare, or exceptional that it stands apart from all others
