Doctor Natalia Adamaik, not M.D. She never got her degree. What she did get, was a lab/prison/morgue and a whole bunch of test subjects. Starting in 1939, she had almost a constant stream of subjects to program. Starting with Sergeant James Buchanan Barnes, an icepick, and a car battery, she made an army.

After the boys were off in war, Sandra did everything and anything to help, which included working alongside Howard Stark in the lab. Unfortunately, her help wasn't enough once she got the two letters in the mail during her time home explaining both Steve and Bucky's deaths. After being told multiple times to move on. Sandra met who she thought was the perfect guy for her (besides Bucky). But, it turned out he wasn't who she expected him to be... The Sapphire Spirit | Book One~Captain America: Civil War
In a few short seconds, I was out of sight. I flew off, leaving behind the soldiers and scientists that had made my life a living hell; Leaving behind HYDRA. ---- Subject E5-09 was part of HYDRA's earlier experiments with the mind stone. All of the test subjects had died; All but her. This left HYDRA with an impulsive 13-year-old to turn into the assassin of the future. When the chance to escape HYDRA present's itself, Subject E5-09 takes it. Thought she had always waited for this day, Subject E5-09 never thought she would draw that much attention. Now, SHIELD wants her, the Avengers are looking for her, and HYDRA's waiting around every corner. ---- I only own the main character, Subject E5-09, originally named Chloe, aka the Sapphire Spirit. The plot line mainly goes to Stan Lee and Anthony and Joe Russo, the directors of Captain America: Civil War, during which this story takes place. All other existing characters and backstories are credit to Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, and many others. ---- This story takes place right after Age of Ultron, which was in 2015. Right after, Subject E9-05 gets out, and the following year, Civil War happens. Just thought I'd say that.Complete

Home is Where You Are (Steve Rogers/Captian America)(MCU)
Elizabeth Maeve Barnes is the younger sister of James Buchanan Barnes, better known as Bucky to his 17-year-old sister and best friend, Steve Rogers. For her, she has aspired to be a soldier like the two young men but being a girl in the 1940s who was only seen fit to live at home and make a man happy, her dream seemed ludicrous. But, that changed after her long-time crush became Captain America and her brother died. She was recruited to stop Hitler with Steve before he disappeared into the ice. She didn't know what to do after until Peggy Carter told her she could take a replica super-soldier serum but with the price of being preserved in ice overtime and only allowed out to complete missions for S.H.E.I.L.D. Or so, that's what she thought. Fast forward to 66 years later and she is let out for the thirteenth time to ease the found alive Steve. Their old feelings for each other begin to rekindle as they face the many enemies of the world with The Avengers and discover something they thought they lost a long time ago. DISCLAIMER: I do not own the MCU characters, only Elizabeth Maeve Barnes.Complete
