The stakes have never been higher. Marinette has renounced her role as Guardian, losing all memories of her life as Ladybug in the process. Now newly appointed as Guardian by her best friend, Alya must carry the crushing weight of this responsibility on her shoulders. While trying to uncover what could have led Ladybug to give up her Miraculous and her sacred duty, the wielder of the Fox Miraculous must also face a new, unmatched threat: a supervillain wielding both the Butterfly and the Black Cat Miraculous - Papillon Noir.
With Ryuko and Argos refusing to get involved for unclear reasons, Alya finds herself alone against a danger that could reduce the city to ashes. Between battles, mysteries, and a desperate search for truth, she must discover why Ladybug gave up her powers, find Chat Noir... and save Paris.
This universe belongs entirely to its creators and the entire team behind the show. This fanfiction is simply a tribute to their inspiring work. English is not my mothertongue, please be patient, corrections are welcome :)
