For Janelle's birthday, her two best friends, Celeste and Rose, decide to take her on a boat ride. When a storm breaks out, Janelle and Rose wake up on an island and find Celeste dead. When the mastermind of the island claims that the two girls are responsible for the death of their friend, he offers them either a painless death by him or a painful one from his island. Deciding it's better to try to get off the island, Rose and Janelle take their chances in the woods.
When a monster on the island kidnaps Janelle, Rose knows she can't leave without her.
