Rodger built his reputation as a detective. He walked the walls of Gardenview centre in his suspicion, malice only grew with his fears for what was to come. After the initial outbreak of the ichor infestation, and with no one left to do anything but run, it's time for him to make his move. With no one left to question, Rodger keeps asking more questions with no answers. Opening toons' eyes, or eye in his case, was always the role of a detective, wasn't it? Why he was left in the dark, he could never know. The elevators and floors of Gardenview held the truth he needed. He'll escape to the bottom and reveal the truth to the world, or be devoured by those he loved most, trying.

After several years away, a guy named Harvey finally deigns to return to what was once his old job, the Gardenview with the sole purpose of observing it to remember old times before leaving, but he accidentally gets locked in. However, between nostalgia and confusion, he discovers familiar and colorful faces transformed into distorted versions of themselves. In addition to some hidden intentions, misunderstandings, and perhaps have a new life along his journey, although not in the conventional way he would expect even if he finds it difficult to accept it amidst his own abrupt change.
