Tweek Tweak had always been anxious, ever since he was a kid. But lately, it had been getting worse. He blamed his coffee intake, he told himself it was just too much caffeine making him jittery. Then, after one too many sleepless nights and way too many cups, Tweek collapsed at school. At the hospital, the truth came out: he had overdosed on meth.
Wait... meth? But all he drank was coffee.
Now pulled from his home and into the care of his boyfriend Craig and his family, Tweek has to face the truth about what his parents have been doing to him for years, and the brutal road to recovery that follows. But at least he has Craig. Right?

In the summer, Tweek was able to help his parents all the time, but with school starting, it's become a whole new issue. Now it was his first day, and he was sure to earn a bad reputation already. OR The Tweaks are new to Southpark! Only for Tweek's whole life to be unraveled when he finds out more than he ever wanted to about the town. And about his own family. Tweek's stomach flipped. "What... what did you do?" "I asked my parents if she was telling the truth. They said yes. Then I went to the kitchen. Finished breakfast. Made you coffee. Left the house." Tweek's mouth opened and closed. He blinked. "You... just left?" "Yeah." Craig shrugged. "She tried talking to me, but I don't care what she has to say. I was already running late." Tweek felt like screaming. Running late?! He didn't say anything, though. He just stood there, staring at Craig, feeling useless, terrified, and guilty all at once. For once Tweek would like to be the one comforting Craig, helping Craig with his problems. But right now he does not know what to do, or what he can even do. "I'm sorry, Craig," he whispered. "It's not your fault, Honey," Craig said, softer now. "Nothing important has changed." That was a lie. Tweek knew it, Craig wasn't necessarily known for his acting skills.Complete

In Elementary School, Tweek and Craig were the closest of friends. Craig had always presumed that was the leading factor to the entire town of South Park thinking that the two boys were a couple.
