This is about a princess and her story. Her name is Shadow Lee and she is a werewolf shifter. And she would soon be queen, but her kingdom is very different then others, her kingdom gives her quests to do before she can become queen. But in reality it's to protect the princess from what's really happening, eventually she will meet a guy who is supposed to be her mate but he rejects her as he thought she was unworthy to be his soulmate. But she was given a second chance mate and he isn't a prince or noble, but he is from the underworld and he is the king.
His name is Rain Mitchell, he is a vampire/werewolf shifter known as a hybrid. He is the king of the underworld and he would go to the upper world to find his mate and his queen and to collect the lost souls that never made it down to him. He also realized there been a murderer on the kingdom in the upper world and to blend in he helps the princess shadow solve the crimes happening around her kingdom and soon he finds out she is his mate and its going to be rocky as its 2 kingdom against one and its forbidden.

The rain is pouring down and the only lights that can be seen are the ones from the cars and the nearest gas station.
