In the year 2191, the USA launched a new type of bomb, never before been used. It was supposed to be able to stop any war, but something went wrong in the bomb, leaving a tenth of the world with supernatural powers. The USA had no idea what they had done and man kind was scared of what these people could do. The world leaders came together and decided it was best to kill off these people. Elite agents were employed from the CIA, FBI and other federal agencies to hunt down these people with supernatural abilities and execute them. Now it's the year 2289 and only a few are left. Both Toms parents had supernatural powers and were killed by the WPA (world protection agency). Now Tom must try to stay alive but how long can he survive before the WPA find him

Seeing she's so innocent and beautiful and she smiles at him whenever he talks. And she looks at him like he's her whole world. Bucky Barnes starts to take an interest in Skye from afar. He's terrified of his feelings and to talk to this girl. She makes him feel different and he doesn't know if he likes that. He still can't forgive himself for what he's done during his Winter Solider days. He sees Steve with her and realizes he might be too late and that she might not ever get to be his.
