Bridget has always had a hard life.
When she reached twelve years old, everything smoothed out a bit. She didn't have anyone to call her friend, and was always alone in her own little world. When she turned fourteen, people moved into the house next door, over the summer. Her parents planned a dinner and she met a son the people had that was her age, named Dylan and he instantly got attached to her. They would hang out often, and she let her walls down that she built over all the years. When school started, Dylan didn't come over very much, and calls and texts became less and less. She would get so worked up about him, because he was the only one that seemed to care. She always had a fake smile, and personality, that only Dylan could see through. 
Can they stay friends and nothing more or less?
