Bellhaven

It began on a Tuesday night, beneath a sky too dark for stars.
The rain hadn't stopped in days. The ground was heavy with it-sodden, breathing, alive. And on the stone steps of St. Amara's Church, something was left behind.
He was found naked. Bleeding.
No one saw him arrive.
No one knows where he came from.
They brought him to Bellhaven-a place where the broken go, and not all return.
Some say he's a man.
Some say he's something else.
