Milo and Juno have always been opposites. Milo is a rising influencer with a signature smirk and a picture-perfect life. Juno is a caffeine-fueled barista with sharp wit, thrift-store style, and zero patience for fake people - especially not people like Milo. But after a strange night and one too many shared secrets, they wake up in the last place they ever expected: each other's bodies. With only 24 hours to switch back, Milo has to survive Juno's chaotic café shift without burning anything (or confessing too much), while Juno fumbles his way through a high-stakes brand photoshoot and Milo's flawless public image. As they scramble through each other's lives - dodging suspicious friends, unexpected feelings, and a growing connection neither of them saw coming - they begin to see the truth behind the façades they've both been hiding. And somewhere between stolen clothes, mixed-up routines, and an almost-kiss that haunts them both, Milo and Juno have to decide: will they go back to the way things were... or take the risk of something real? One day. Two bodies. A chance to see each other clearly - and fall for what's been there all along.

(Lowercase intended on cover) "The simple things in life are never meaningful, and the meaningful things in life are never simple. So maybe I don't want meaningful. Maybe I just want someone who cares enough to listen." Gemma Summers and Noah Hanson are strangers. They have little in common, not to mention polar opposite personalities, yet lead extremely similar lives in the sense that they both feel they are missing something. In a small, vintage style coffee shop the two meet, finding solace in their queer, complication free conversations. They don't want to be friends, they don't want to be lovers, they don't want anything more than to talk over two cups of coffee. But keeping up the ideal simplistic relationship proves harder than it seems as unwanted feelings of attachment and connection arise, leaving them both wondering if maybe simplicity isn't what they are searching for, and if they are searching for something that has already been found. Completed-- ABOUT TO UNDERGO SOME EDITING AND REVAMPING especially for chapters 41 to 48 and 53. Bare with me here, as the writing process is torturous (and lovely, of course.) Expect a shitton of updates in the next few months. Warning: Mature language within (it's swearing, they're twenty, no surprise there) These chapters rarely exceed five hundred words, which is why there are so many of them. I hope you enjoy! (Please do not copy my work. I appreciate that you like my idea enough to steal it, but there are better ways to show this appreciation. So please, don't. I've worked hard on this.)
