All for one said this to me while he was locked away...at first we believed he was talking about Shigaraki or rather Tenko...Izuku wouldn't like to hear me call him by that man's name. Anywho, back to the main topic. We only had a single option for this to go off of, leading us back to Tenko but we were wrong. He wasn't referring to Tenko, nor anyone who could pose a serious threat at the time, we shouldn't have seen it. Tenko had been corrupted; he didn't have an overwhelming love for the world, but rather the boy he was talking about. 

His name is Y/n Shigaraki, a boy I've taken under my household to promote and further nurture goodness in. Though he was a vessel of destruction, now he is no such thing. A boy who's justice is only overshadowed by Izuku himself, his joy for watching and using others' quirks however may be a bit of an issue in the future.
