Mia is a 13 year old girl who loves gymnastics. She's been a gymnast since she was 2 years old, but came up with mild scoliosis at age 7. Mia never wore her brace though she knew that she was suppose wear it all times except when she is swimming or doing gymnastics. This caused the curve in her back to increase in degrees instead of decreasing like how it was suppose to. After a big mistake, doctors tell her that back surgery has to be done. Along with a 50-50 chance of getting back up perfectly. Will she ever do gymnastics again ? Or will it just be in her dreams ?
