After decades of tragedy, fighting, and separation, Bucky and Aurora are trying to rebuild their relationship. They've buried their dark pasts with their best friend, Steve Rogers, and are searching for a sense of normalcy, but find themselves caught up in the schemes of Valentina Allegra De Fontaine, who looks to bring about an age of ultimate superheroes. They find themselves caught up with a group of scrappy anti-heroes who are the only hope in defeating the dark mind of Valentina's successful subject of 'Project Sentry'.
