The Last Stand

Years after the outbreak reigns terror on the world and society collapses, there are still a few stragglers trying to get by with what little was leftover after the mass extinction. Manon was going it alone for years after losing her family and town to raiders. They'd been dead before she could ever react, leaving her alone and isolated. She didn't trust anyone. Not even a little, not at all. So when she finds a younger girl rummaging through her campsite soaked from the rain barreling down outside, she doesn't know if mercy is the right call. But could she sleep at night knowing she left the girl to die? Or worse, killed her herself?
