Shortly after visiting his brother, Uncle Johnny visits some old friends of his, as it turns out, they have Sally's identical twin sister named Sarah, Everything is fine at first, but Uncle Johnny soon begins to feel haunted by the girl, her innocent presence a deadly reminder of what he's done.
