Six months after Lou's overthrow, the prototype lives in misery as a janitor, under the critical eye of the rest of the dolls and being a simple shell of the greatness that he once was. Almost half a year bearing the consequences of his actions will take their toll, and during his 12th birthday as a prototype, he will make the decision that has been on his mind all that time.
