For the first time in her four years at college, Taylor Burrows and her volleyball team finally get the chance to compete in a championship game. However, after she finds out she has an ankle injury, it is uncertain whether or not she will actually play in the game of her dreams. Along with the injury, Taylor keeps finding herself crossing paths with her abusive ex boyfriend, Joe. After meeting Patrick Kane, who is facing an injury himself, she thinks she has a chance at happiness. The question is will Patrick be able to heal the burden Joe has put on her ? Will she be able to overcome her injury and help her team win the game they all have been waiting for?
